- Preparing monthly/quarterly account analysis & reconciliations, journal entries, and work papers
- Maintaining spreadsheets to allocate costs across multiple properties/entities
- Analyzing income statements & balance sheets
- Providing financial/accounting information by preparing reports/projects
- Must have experience with external audit processes
You must have:
- Accounting Degree
- Advanced proficiency w/ Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
